Billing & Refund Terms

Overview

A paid Clyro subscription is required to use the Service beyond the free trial. The subscription gives you access to the Clyro platform — the builder, hosting, analytics, and the other features included in your plan.

This subscription is the amount you pay Clyro. It is entirely separate from any money you collect from your own funnel visitors, which flows through your own connected payment provider and never touches Clyro as a payment. See Funnel sales are separate for that distinction.

Plans and pricing

The Service is offered on the following subscription plans. You may pay monthly or annually; annual pricing is lower per month in exchange for an up-front yearly commitment.

Annual plans are billed once per year at twelve times the per-month annual rate. All prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of taxes; see Taxes.

Free trial

A 14-day free trial is available on a first subscription. We collect a payment method at sign-up, and at the end of the trial the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription on the plan you selected — unless you cancel before the trial ends.

The trial is the period in which to evaluate the Service. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. See Cancellation and Refunds.

Billing, renewals, and the payment processor

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period — monthly or yearly, depending on the term you chose — until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method for the applicable amount until cancellation.

Billing is handled by Shand Pay, Clyro's affiliated billing service (operated by Shand Enterprises LLC), which uses the Authorize.Net card processor. Card details are entered in Shand Pay's secure checkout and never reach Clyro's servers — Clyro stores only a payment-method token, your billing email, and the amount charged.

Shand Enterprises LLC (via Shand Pay) is the merchant of record for your Clyro subscription. For how the payment-method token and billing details are handled, see our Privacy Policy and the Sub-processors list.

Failed payments

If a charge fails, we may retry the charge and send you reminders to update your payment method. Continued non-payment may lead to suspension or downgrade of your account until the outstanding amount is paid.

You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. Suspension for non-payment does not relieve you of amounts already due.

Plan changes

You may upgrade or downgrade between paid plans at any time. Changes take effect according to your billing cycle.

Changing plans does not create a separate refund right; any adjustment is handled through your billing cycle as described above and remains subject to the no-refund policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current paid period, and the subscription is not renewed after that.

Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current period — you keep access for the time you have already paid for, but you are not refunded for the unused remainder. See Refunds.

Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

The 14-day free trial is provided as the evaluation period for the Service. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all — this is the intended way to evaluate Clyro before committing to a paid subscription.

Taxes

All prices are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, withholding, or other taxes, duties, or government charges that apply to your subscription, other than taxes on our net income.

Price changes

We may change our prices from time to time. Any price change applies from the next billing term after we provide notice. If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect; continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.

Done-for-you services and founding access

Any done-for-you ("DFY") service orders or founding-access purchases are processed through Shand Pay and are subject to the same no-refund terms set out in Refunds, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Where a specific DFY engagement or founding-access offer includes different terms (for example, a stated deliverable or timeline), those terms are presented at purchase and govern that purchase to the extent they conflict with these terms.

Funnel sales are separate

Money you collect from your own funnel visitors is not part of your Clyro subscription and does not flow through Shand Pay. It flows through your own connected payment provider — Stripe, Fanbasis, or Whop.

For those sales, you are the merchant of record. Clyro is not a party to the transaction, takes no cut, and never handles your buyers' card data. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes for those purchases are between you, your buyer, and your payment provider — not Clyro.

For any billing question — an invoice, a charge you do not recognize, updating your payment method, or a refund request you believe is required by law — contact us at team@clyro.io.

Because Shand Pay is Clyro's affiliated billing service operated by the same company, you do not need to contact a separate vendor — team@clyro.io is the single point of contact for all billing matters.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Billing & Refund Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice as appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
